A MIPI to USB connector solution. This production ready System on Module is tightly integrated with the Lattice CrosslinkU-NX33 device to significantly reduce customers Time To Market.

RISCV+Zephyr OS, MIPI, USB2/3 PHY for Robotics, Smart cameras, Machine vision and other USB3 applications.

This System on Module solves the MIPI to USB connector issue by creating a high bandwidth USB pipe to the host computer from the camera MIPI output.

How tinyCLUNX is different

  • tinyCLUNX uses a system level approach for converting MIPI camera streams into UVC stream. This means you are free to use any MIPI camera for your application.
  • tnyCLUNX supports multiple cameras while the competitors' solutions focus on providing camera modules with USB out. BY design, these are single camera solutions.
  • The SoM has a soft RISCV processor, onboard memory, power supply, and clock that allow you to do significant processing on the board. For example, you can stitch multi-camera streams into a single streams. You can also do AI  processing like anomaly detection that converts your camera into a smart USB camera.
